Participate within the pre- review of tender contracts to assist in identifying all SQE risks including commercial

Conduct gap analyses against client’s documentation

Develop, submit to client and rollout all SQE documentation which include but not limited to; construction methodologies, project risk registers, training matrix, construction plans, emergency response plans, project inductions, plant risk assessments and documentation, SWMS, SEP’s, ITP’s and check sheets.

Attend project kick off meetings with client and other relevant stakeholders

Develop specific inspection and audit tools for projects against contracts

Undertake internal and external third party compliance audits and inspections with effective controls and close out

Manage company compliance against ISO 14001:2016, AS/NZS 4801:2001, ISO 9001:2016 and the new certification of ISO18001

Identify and implement new application and web based technology for monitoring projects

Attend weekly client project meetings

Attend management meetings to review company performance and recommend strategic direction

Develop weekly and monthly SQE reports from each project.

Develop and present quarterly company performance SQE reports

Interview and setup a best for company preferred supplies data base which include; medical providers, training organisations, rehab providers, plant, equipment and consumables.

Conduct SQE investigations identifying root cause and contributing factors and applying robust controls

Develop and implement rehabilitation procedure and forms

Manage the rehabilitation process

Liaise with state based regulators and workcover in HSE matters with positive outcomes

Develop and implement proactive communication and consultation processes through Safety Committee meetings, daily pre-start and weekly tool box topics

Maintain training register and develop and conduct CTO and VOC forms and training
